Spreading Her Wings Unveiling

The work, by North Carolina artist Mike Roig, was selected by the public art committee of the university because of its acknowledgment of the Georgia College history as a women’s college as well as the work’s embodiment and emphasis on grace, strength and celebration of form, motion, and adaptation to change.
